Criminal Record Forms can be found at hamiltonpolice.on.ca/how-to/get-background-check. Please ensure you are getting a VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK. No other criminal check will be accepted.

We are open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Your vulnerable sector screening is valid for two years from the date of issue by the Police Department.

At Carelink Health Care Inc., we provide Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Safe Management training on a monthly basis. Please see Training at the top for future classes.

To use your foreign nursing certificate in Canada, it must
be assessed by the National Nursing Assessment Service (NNAS). The application
is online at www.nnas.ca. Once
the application process has been completed, the NNAS will inform you of the
Ontario equivalent for the nursing degree you hold. That assessment can be used
to register.

The Standard First Aid and CPR Level C is a 16 hour training. Here you will learn how to deal with common medical emergencies that can occur in the workplace or at home. The Toronto Paramedic Services First Aid/CPR program is recognized by the WSIB as EMS First Aid.
